Do you want to contribute to "different care"?
Do you believe that working together in an environment where you can enjoy your work and use your talents is the foundation for sustaining care? Do you want to be a part of an organization that is actively working towards this goal?
The developments in society and the healthcare industry mean that the future of care looks different from now. Of course, no one can predict the future. But we do know that there will be a lot of care needed in the future and fewer people to provide it. We want to prepare for this. So that we can continue to provide care to those who need it in the future. We can't do this alone. We believe in different care and the power of collaboration. This forms the foundation for the vision of care and the ambitions of Zorgboog. That's why job satisfaction is the main ambition at Zorgboog. We are a learning organization that values the strength of all employees, partners, caregivers, and volunteers. We have embraced short-cycle work as a method to give professionals the space they need and to support coaching leadership. We embrace technological possibilities to maximize our contributions with fewer people.

This enables you to equip our leaders well so that they, together with their teams, can create a pleasant work and learning environment to achieve our ambitions. Finally, you have the courage, are innovative and entrepreneurial, and prefer to operate in a professional and innovative working environment.
As HR advice, we are moving towards strategic partnership and actively contribute to the organization's change challenge.
