In 1999, our founders asked themselves how to create an organization that would help young talent thrive in the job market. The answer: personalized coaching, continuous learning in a rapidly changing world, and working and learning at different clients. We started this experiment in 1999 in the financial services sector, and today more than 800 T&P professionals make a difference at over a hundred different clients with more than 20 traineeships, ranging from the Business Analyst and Case Manager traineeships to the development programs in data and IT of our House of Bèta Label.
