The High Select Traineeship is developed for young academics interested in the Healthcare & Welfare sector. During our two-year Traineeship you will carry out projects at different organizations focused on Policy or Management. Our various projects are within hospitals, addiction-, youth- and elderly care, the regional health authority, mental healthcare, but also within security regions and social domains, such as municipalities.

Next to your projects, you will participate in our Development Program, which is focused on your personal and professional development. During this program you will attend training courses, workshops and inspiration sessions with all your fellow trainees! We provide personal guidance and coaching to guarantee your growth. During your Traineeship you will have your own coach, Trainee Supervisor and a Project Supervisor.
