What does it mean to be a junior consultant at Adlasz?

As a junior consultant at Adlasz, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting assignments and projects with diverse clients in the public sector. You’ll gain firsthand experience in the public sector, bringing a fresh perspective that contributes to the organizational and social challenges our clients face. The assignments you’ll work on are very diverse, ranging from strategic explorations and analyses, policy development, consultancy assignments and (assisting in) managing projects.

Of course, we won’t just throw you in at the deep end; we’ll guide you so you can learn effectively. Under the mentorship of our experienced advisors, you’ll develop further and grow as a consultant.
