Over the past years, Study Association POLIS has been a platform for students and organizations to meet. POLIS facilitates this for bachelor and master students of Organization & Management Studies and Global Management of Social Issues. However, our ambition exceeds just meeting. We want to offer students the opportunity to build intensive relations with companies, that hold the potential to grow into fruitful collaborations in the near future. To achieve this goal, Study Association POLIS offers a range of activities where students and organizations can connect formally and informally.

Cross Your Borders is an idealistic organization, founded in 2004, that raises global and social awareness among tens of thousands of Dutch and Flemish young people every year through interactive educational projects and ‘worldly’ school trips. The team consists of ten professionals and more than 100 trainees, students from HBO/WO education programs from all over the country. We are always looking for enthusiastic do-gooders!
Our goal is to inspire young people to get involved in society and our world. Because our prosperity, facilities and rights should not be taken for granted. We all have to work together to tackle major global issues. And there must be an end to problems such as extreme poverty and injustice in the world as soon as possible. The High Select Traineeship has been specifically developed for young and talented academics interested in the Healthcare & Welfare sector. During our two-year Traineeship you will carry out an average of three to four Projects at different organizations focused on Policy or Management. Our various projects are within hospitals, addiction-, youth- and elderly care, the regional health authority, mental healthcare, but also within security regions and social domains, such as municipalities.
Next to your projects, you will participate in a Development Program, which is focused on your personal and professional development. During this program you will attend training courses, workshops and inspiration sessions with all your fellow trainees. You get a lot of time for personal guidance to guarantee your growth. During your traineeship you will have your own coach, Trainee Supervisor and a Project Supervisor.

In November 2011 our showroom opened on the Bredaseweg in Tilburg. We have all sorts of clothing, ranging from T-shirts, sweaters, polos and much more. Customers can come to our shop and compare the different pieces of clothing, and immediately place their order.
In July 2016, we opened our 2nd store in Breda at the Nieuwe Ginnekenstraat 37. We already had many customers from Bred coming to Tilburg. By opening in Breda, we think we can serve the local market even better.

At Young Colfield we focus on your growth and discovery journey. We facilitate a breeding ground in which young talent can grow.We facilitate this by offering 2 traineeships: A multi-company Talent Program and a Young Expert IT Program.
In our Talent Program you will complete three assignments of approximately 6-8 months in two years for a wide range of companies. From start-up, to non-profit, to corporate. In positions such as project manager, junior consultant and / or business analyst. In this way you can discover which sector, function and environment suits you and what your talents and challenges are. In addition, you will receive intensive personal guidance and an extensive training program during these two years. This involves both hardskill and softskill training. You will follow this training program together with your YC team (8 trainees), with whom you build a close relationship!
